PRIVATE TRANSFER FROM THE AIRCRAFT

Passengers will be transferred from the aircraft in a private vehicle waiting on the apron. If you arrive at the main terminal and the VIP Lounge is in another location, you will be escorted to the lounge in a private vehicle. This applies to all services provided at the VIP terminal.​​​​​

 

 

IMMIGRATION CLEARANCE / VISA PROCEDURES

Once you land, our expert staff will assist you to expedite post-flight procedures at immigration, including visa acquisition, currency transactions, and customs and security clearances.

 

In order to avoid lines at passport control and custom clearance (where applicable), our professional greeter will walk you through the fast track process. Each airport varies depending on the specific rules of airports, airlines and countries. Our ISROYAL team knows the particular information for each airport.

 

 

PORTER SERVICE

​ISROYAL airport meet and assist porters collect your luggage at the baggage claim area and bring the pieces to your vehicle. Please let our booking agent know how many pieces of luggage you will be traveling with in order to benefit from this service. Note: An extra fee may apply for porter service at certain airports.

 

 

FAREWELL

​Once you have completed all of your transactions at the terminal with the help of our team, our greeter escort you to meet your driver and/or family members outside the airport.
