Our professional greeter will meet you at the curb, within the terminal building. (Meeting point at Terminal 3 / Departures level / Door 32). ISROYAL TLV Airport Greeter will assist to unload the luggage from the car and proceed to the check in process.

 

 

PORTER SERVICE

ISROYAL TLV airport meet and greeter porters are available to collect your luggage from your vehicle to the check-in counter. Please let our booking agent know how many pieces of luggage you will be traveling with in order to benefit from this service. Note: An extra fee may apply for porter service at certain airports.

 

 

CHECK-IN ASSISTANCE

​Our professional staff will accompany you during the check-in expedite procedure at a private check-in counter (where available) without having to wait in airport TLV long lines. Our greeter will be with you to ensure you receive assistance with seat selection, baggage transactions and boarding.

 

 

SECURITY CHECK POINT FAST TRACK

ISROYAL TLV greeter will accompany you through Fast track line security check point for mandatory metal detector and carry-on luggage inspection.

 

 

PASSPORT FAST TRACK

In order to avoid lines at passport control and custom clearance (where applicable), our professional greeter will walk you through the fast tracks process.

 

 

LOUNGE SERVICE

For First class & Business class travelers, our expert staff will escort you or your guests to the airport lounge to unwind before your flight. Once in the lounge, you will enjoy complimentary snacks and drinks before our greeter accompanies you to the departure gate to board your flight. Economy class passengers can purchase a one-time lounge access for an additional fee.

 

 

ESCORT TO AIRCRAFT

Once you have successfully checked-in and completed all of your luggage and security transactions, you will be personally escorted to the departure gate to board your flight.
