LINDA
FRANK
Endearingly referred to as "Miss Linda" by both peers and students alike, Linda Frank has exhibited an undeniable passion for working with young children and their families throughout her career.
She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland as a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and completed her Early Childhood degree at Montgomery College. She likewise received her Maryland State Credentials as well as certification for the Train-the-Trainer program in Montgomery County.
Her educational expertise is in Early Childhood through grade 6, and her extensive experience ranges from teaching to administration and curriculum development, even developing training workshops for teachers. She has participated in Early Childhood and CoreKnowledge Conferences, and she has been involved in programs approved by Montgomery County Public Schools.
Linda's approach to her work revolves around focusing on how children develop and learn in order to meet their cognitive, social, emotional, and physical needs. Ever pursuing her goal of benefiting the young children of today, Linda has no intention of quitting her profession of educating teachers to gain a full understanding of child development in order to apply that knowledge in all aspects of their classrooms. In Linda's own words, "I believe that the world is a classroom, and teaching never comes to an end."
